There has been an ongoing problem of graffiti in our neighborhood. If you see graffiti it is important that you report it to the Graffiti Hotline! Call: 414-286-8715

Once notified, the City of Milwaukee will document and remove the graffiti. Graffiti handled in this way helps convict graffiti artists because each instance of graffiti is another charge against them. Even though they were not "seen" putting the graffiti in our neighborhood, through pictures, they can be linked to it. It may not seem like it, but graffiti that is constantly removed is a deterrent to future infractions. You can make a difference!

Break Ins
Garage break-ins are a constant occurrence in our neighborhood. The summer of 2007 has seen an unusually high number on the 3800 block of S. 15th Place. Is your garage safe from break ins? Here are some tips to help you keep your garage safe from theft.

• Keep the service entrance to your garage well lit
• Keep valuables out of site
• Always lock your garage door
• When on vacation, padlock the sliding door
• Keep an eye out for people snooping around our neighborhood. Do not be afraid to report suspicious behavior! Call 414-933-4444 to report non-emergencies.
